If you're reading this, you're likely considering making a positive change to return to being a non-smoker. You may feel torn—knowing all the reasons you should quit, yet still finding yourself rationalising or bargaining to keep smoking because it’s what you’re used to. But what if you didn’t have to keep fighting yourself?

With the right support, quitting smoking can be a calm, relaxing, yet powerful process. Hypnotherapy works by quieting the critical, conscious mind and allowing your subconscious to embrace new suggestions, helping you break the habit for good.

However, I only work with clients who are fully committed to quitting smoking. If you’re merely curious or feeling pressured by others to stop, it’s best to wait until you're truly ready. When you’re ready to “want it and let it happen,” I’ll be here to help you succeed.
I have created a personalised Smoking Cessation package which involves two sessions of up to 90 minutes each, education and support packages for you and your family to take away. You will also receive a self-hypnosis recording for daily use and a free follow up session within the first month if you require it (but most don’t need it!) Generally this is all that is needed but if through consultation we decide a different approach is more suitable then we will tailor make it together.
