Phobias can vary from mild discomfort to severely debilitating conditions, impacting your ability to lead the life you want. Common phobias include fear of flying, dentists, spiders, birds, heights, wasps, dogs, and needles, to name just a few. No two people experience phobias in the same way, which is why I offer tailored treatment plans based on your individual needs. After an initial consultation, I will recommend the number of sessions that best suit you. Having personally experienced phobias, I understand how irrational, frustrating, and frightening they can be. The good news is that many phobias may be treated in just 1–2 sessions. However, more complex cases—like Emetophobia (fear of vomiting) or Social phobias—may require more sessions, along with techniques to practice between visits
